The hiring range for this opportunity is $92,200 to $115,200annual salary along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The CLSO Manager leads and manages the team of support professionals who are responsible for performing a variety of loan servicing duties for an assigned commercial loan portfolio to ensure satisfactory credit risk management, compliance with loan covenants and bank policies and procedures. The CLSO Manager works directly with Relationship Managers, Commercial Loan Underwriters, Loan Originations, Branch and support department personnel and clients.

• Leads the CLSOs to provide exceptional customer service to Relationship Managers, branch and department personnel, and clients.
• Hires, coaches, trains, and develops, CLSO's to build strong customer relationships balanced with strong risk mitigating and promote a repeatable compliance-driven culture.
• Works closely with Loan Originations, Credit Administration, and Sales teams to guide production and meet organizational goals.
• Manages the end-to-end customer experience as it relates to support staff and ensures execution of all standard protocols governing interactions with customers.
• Manages CLSOs workflow of commercial loans to ensure the team is meeting department turnaround times and service agreements.
• Reviews preliminary title policies for accuracy and requests endorsements and lien releases as needed to perfect the bank's lien position. Reviews Lender's instructions for accuracy.
• Reviews all documents for accuracy and obtains underwriting approval for any changes.
• Reviews and submits complete files for Loan Documentation.
• Responds to and resolves customer requests or technical questions relating to loan and deposit accounts.
• Implements and ensures consistency of the training and development of CLSOs in adherence to policy and procedures.
• Oversees the communication/coordination of treasury and loan products, adhering to all policy and regulatory requirements while caring for customer expectations and timelines.
• Leads and/or partners in the rollout and execution of all banking initiatives/projects that impact support staff and others as assigned.
• Responsible for overseeing a compliance monitoring program and evaluating the results, ensuring achievement of a 'satisfactory' rating on all audits, working with business management to resolve issues and address deficiencies.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages and coordinate administrative activities related to FarmerMac loans.
• Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.
• Maintains a working understanding of Bank Operations (Payment processing, balancing, debits/credits, etc.) as they relate to lending and loan processing.
• Actively participates in all Lean training and value stream mapping along with demonstrating knowledge of the Five Key Lean Principles taught. Embraces and exhibits a lean thinking mindset and applies root cause problem-solving to make incremental improvement through waste reduction and streamlining of work.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
• Associate of Arts degree and 7 years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of financial institution operations, sales, or customer service background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
• Five years of loan processing and two years' experience as a Commercial Loan Servicing Officer or equivalent related job experience in a financial institution. Experience with nCino preferred.
• Two years of direct supervisor leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in managing complex commercial loans.
• Complete working knowledge of commercial loan transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management products and services.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize various computer software programs, including excel spreadsheets, word processing, agricultural crop tracking and budgeting programs.
