Title: Cloud Transformation Consultant (AWS GenAI Launchpad) / Specialist - Program & Project Management

Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Consultant to drive a strategic AWS GenAI transformation initiative focused on industrializing Amazon Bedrock and Agent Core through the AWS Launchpad engagement framework. The consultant will work closely with customer stakeholders, AWS teams, and delivery teams to ensure successful planning, execution, governance, and adoption of GenAI solutions.
Must Have Skills
• Working knowledge of AWS Launchpad engagement methodology.
• Hands-on understanding of Amazon Bedrock and AWS Agen tCore.
• Experience managing cloud transformation, modernization, or GenAI programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, engagement leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the AWS Launchpad engagement for Bedrock and AgentCore adoption.
• Drive program governance, planning, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking.
• Ensure successful industrialization and operationalization of GenAI capabilities.
• Collaborate with AWS and customer teams to accelerate GenAI adoption and business value realization.
Good to Have Skills
• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions on AWS.
• Exposure to AI/ML governance, operating models, and enterprise adoption strategies.
• AWS Cloud or GenAI certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and cloud modernization programs.
