POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Cloud Service Desk Specialist provides service desk engineering escalation support within the J7 endpoint/identity scope; complex/escalated ticket resolution tied to imaging, baseline, enrollment, patching, and telemetry (not routine Tier 1).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • 8 or more years of Core engineering experience
  • Experience under formal change control/audit governance
  • Relevant endpoint/cloud support experience.


Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
