Matrix Influence & Change Management
Observability & Scalable Governance
End-to-End Program Execution: Drive strategic cloud program roadmaps from concept through implementation, tracking global milestones, cross-team dependencies, and critical execution paths.
Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, predict resource constraints, manage trade-offs between business requirements and technical realities, and implement swift escalation paths.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align matrixed pods of Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Security Specialists, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to establish unified delivery timelines and remove blockers.
Financial & Resource Accountability: Manage massive program budgets (CAPEX/OPEX). Facilitate vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, and contract sign-offs while working alongside FinOps to measure efficiency.
Operational Excellence & SOPs: Build, optimize, and scale organizational mechanisms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for enterprise cloud compliance, disaster recovery testing, and system onboarding.
Executive Transparency: Write definitive program status narratives and develop tracking dashboards (using Jira, Smartsheet, or Tableau) to summarize metrics, launch timelines, and SLA adherence to VP-level stakeholders.
Experience: 6+ years of technical program management (TPM) or enterprise project portfolio management experience, with at least 3 years directly running large-scale AWS cloud deployments or infrastructure-heavy initiatives.
