Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain the networking infrastructure for our cloud platform. - Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, both proactively and reactively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams for network-related escalations. - Conduct network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization to improve overall efficiency. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud networking. - Document network configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: - Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a cloud environment. - Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPN. - Hands-on experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
