Job Role: Service Delivery Manager with AWS Infrastructure Support

Job Location: Remote

Experience 10 years in IT Infrastructure Services with at least 5 years managing AWS Cloud Operations and Managed Services engagements.

The role focuses on programme governance service delivery excellence customer management and cloud operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Own end to end delivery of AWS Infrastructure Managed Services.

Manage SLAs KPIs service reporting governance reviews and customer escalations.

Lead Incident Problem Change and Major Incident Management processes.

Oversee AWS Infrastructure Operations including EC2 VPC IAM RDS EKSECS CloudWatch S3 Backup and Security services.

Drive automation cloud optimisation FinOps and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Manage customer relationships delivery teams budgets risks and contractual commitments.

Ensure security compliance and audit readiness across AWS environments
