Cloud Infrastructure Program Manager El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
Job Description The Program Manager will augment the Strategic SATCOM program office, managing programs and technical projects across performance, cost, schedule, and risk. This role will lead the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. The Program Manager will build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, obtain consensus, and lead acquisition delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Manage program and technical project performance, cost, schedule, and risk.
- Orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation.
- Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships to achieve consensus and support acquisition delivery.
- Identify and analyze program risks, issues, and opportunities; propose responses and manage associated handling plans.
- Make decisions and recommendations regarding cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.
Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in DoW acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations.
- 4+ years of program management experience making decisions or recommendations regarding cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.
- 2+ years of experience planning and executing cloud infrastructure programs.
- Experience with complex DoW acquisition, systems engineering, digital transformation, or cloud modernization programs.
- Experience identifying and analyzing program risks, issues, and opportunities, proposing responses, and managing handling plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with IL4, IL5, or IL6 environments, including classified and disconnected environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrate initiative, complete complex tasks, and learn and solve problems quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on the client site five days per week.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with DoD space, SATCOM, or satellite ground systems.
- Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Master's degree.
How You Will Be Rewarded The salary range for this role is $
