b. In conjunction with the Sponsor's software architect, Technical Director (TD) or designee, develop design guidance for applications developers, define target platforms, interface designs, research, test and recommend software and tools.
c. Provide architectural guidance and recommendations.
d. Provide business and technical consolation to the Sponsor on defining and meeting strategic objectives and roadmaps.
e. Provide complete assessments of the technical characteristics of proposals and alternatives considered in applications design.
f. Provide a process for evaluating new technologies and provide cost benefit analysis and recommendations to the Sponsor for technology insertion.
g. Identify and assess integration and interoperability (I&I) challenges in system and service development plans, considering technical, programmatic, and mission dimensions.
