You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our Cloud platforms while working across the full lifecycle, including installation, integration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure. As a key stakeholder in continuously improving our product and services, you will work according to agile principles and collaborate closely with application, platform, network, and security teams. Required skills and experience: • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) • 5 Plus years of related experience • Strong incident troubleshooting and debugging skills across AWS infrastructure and containerized environments • Experience with EKS, EC2, EBS, ECR, S3, Route 53, IAM, WAF and AWS Systems Manager. • Experience with EKS node groups, networking, access control, cluster upgrades, and troubleshooting • Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure components such as CNI, load balancing, storage, and DNS • Experience with monitoring, CloudWatch, AWS logging, root-cause analysis, incident/problem/change management, backup, DR, and high availability • Experience with AWS Network Firewall or equivalent, including rules, inspection policies, logging, and blocked-flow analysis • Ability to support deployments, migrations, capacity planning, HLD/LLD reviews, and controlled infrastructure changes • Hands-on experience with patching and maintenance activities • Experience with Terraform/IaC, AWS CLI, kubectl, Ansible, and Python or equivalent scripting. • Strong collaboration skills across application, platform, network, security, and architecture teams Nice to have: • Experience with AWS observability and monitoring tools, particularly Amazon CloudWatch, dashboards and OpenTelemetry • Familiarity with KMS, CloudHSM, PrivateLink/VPC Endpoints • Technical experience and competence of running bank/financial systems is a merit DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position.
