In this role you will:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Architect and deploy scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
- Set up environments securely in compliance with FedRAMP or GovRAMP standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions for complex projects, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
- Oversee cloud migration projects, including the internal HEARTS, EPP, and Gateway Cloud Migration, in collaboration with vendors.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
- Develop and enforce cloud governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Implement security best practices and compliance measures in cloud systems.
- Design disaster recovery strategies and backup systems to ensure business continuity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on cloud and DevOps-related topics.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and performance of cloud solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance cloud solutions.
- Oversee cloud cost optimization and budgeting to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Utilize monitoring and logging tools to track performance and detect potential issues early.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
