Cloud Architect The Opportunity: Everyone is trying to "harness the power of the Cloud," but not everyone knows how. As a Senior AWS Cloud Architect, you know how to take advantage of Cloud capabilities. On our team of experts, you'll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We need you to help us develop Cloud-based solutions to our customer's toughest challenges. You'll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to design, define, develop, test, and debug Cloud solution components. You'll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to build and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal Azure, AWS, and GCP labs, you'll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients' challenges, and you'll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. You Have: • 3+ years of experience with a cloud environment • Experience with DevOps methods and practices • Experience with Cloud development, migration, or implementation • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering Nice If You Have: • Experience with Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Single-Sign-On, SAML, or OpenID • Experience with Advanced Networking design and troubleshooting, including DNS, Routing, or Subnetting • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or Cloud formation, or Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash • Knowledge of Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server • Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification • AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
