Basic Requirements:
- 8 years of applicable professional experience
- Bachelors' degree in a technical field
- Security+ Certification
Required Experience:
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders on technical decisions, best practices, and risk management
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving cloud technologies and infrastructure management tools
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of network architecture and security principles
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements for cloud solutions
Desired Experience:
- Associate-level or higher commercial cloud certification (AWS or Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in AWS security services (IAM, SCPs, Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform) and related languages (YAML, JSON,
- Python)
- Knowledge of automation tools like SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Salary: $210,000 - $220,000 annually
