Job Description

ECS is seeking a Cloud Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Administer cloud-hosted environments, executing provisioning, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
  • Implement IAM changes and role assignments as directed, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Monitor service health, logs, and alerts to identify and address operational issues proactively.
  • Assist in patching and vulnerability remediation activities to maintain system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and support service restoration efforts efficiently.
  • Document configuration changes and actions in line with enterprise change management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cloud security requirements and operational runbooks.
  • Apply approved configuration baselines to maintain system consistency.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect-Enterprise Architect at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, GDSA, GSEC
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cloud-hosted environments within DoD or Federal networks
  • Experience in cloud compute, storage, and networking services administration
  • Proficiency in executing approved provisioning and configuration tasks
  • Experience in monitoring service health and addressing alerts
  • Familiarity with DoD cloud security requirements and RMF controls
