West Central Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Clinician - Crisis Services in the Bismarck, ND area.

There will be an additional 11% differential pay in addition to the base salary for crisis work. The salary range with the crisis is pay is $7,700-$8,700 monthly.

In this Emergency Services position, you will provide crisis stabilization, therapeutic intervention, provide supportive therapy to mitigate crisis situations, develop safety plans for individuals at risk, and assist individuals in obtaining appropriate services, either within or outside the agency. You will also coordinate withdrawal management and crisis stabilization unit placements as well as admissions to the North Dakota State Hospital. This position also provides support to the other regions as needed via telehealth platforms. You will provide crisis intervention and risk assessments in the office, in the community, and on call as needed.

To be considered for this position, you are required to have a Master's degrees in Social Work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC, OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.

We will consider filling this position as the following at a reduced rate of $6,700-$7,700 this amount includes the 11% differential pay for crisis work.

A Human Relations Counselor requires the following,

• A master's degree in social work and hold a LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) licensure by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners or a master's degree in counseling and licensure as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) by the North Dakota Board of Counselor Examiners.
• A master's degree in counseling with a LAPC licensure. Applicants must be far enough in their schooling to obtain their LPCC within two years from the date of hire. Information outlining where you are in your licensure process and the number of completed training hours must be submitted with your application.
• A Licensed Addiction Counselor at a lower pay rate. Addiction Counselors are required to have a bachelor's degree in Addiction Counseling, Addiction Studies, Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, AND have current licensure as an Addiction Counselor (LAC) by the North Dakota Board of Addiction Counseling Examiners.

This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new hire orientation.

Location
This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.
