Clinical Systems and Operations Analyst - Nursing Administration

Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, 8am-5pm

Summary:

Leads the optimization, integration, and performance of clinical and operational systems to improve patient throughput, quality outcomes, and financial performance. Serves as a strategic partner to clinical, operational, and executive leadership by leveraging data analytics, workflow redesign, and system enhancements to drive efficiency, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of tracking systems and related platforms, ensuring interoperability with enterprise systems (EHR, laboratory, radiology, and bed management). Develops actionable insights through real-time data, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making, CMS quality metrics, and cost containment initiatives.

Acts as a liaison between clinical operations, IT, and leadership to translate business and clinical needs into scalable, sustainable system solutions that enhance performance across the health system.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field preferred)

2. Experience & Training Required:
a. Four (4) years of experience in hospital operations, clinical systems, or healthcare IT
b. Experience with tracking systems and EHR platforms (e.g., UKG, Kronos, Epic, Cerner) preferred, *UKG experienced strongly preferred
c. Demonstrated experience in workflow optimization, data analysis, or performance improvement initiatives

3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
b. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
c. Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into technical solutions

$30.91/hr - $46.36/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
