Overview:- Hybrid Work Setting
- San Jose, CA
- Monday-Friday
- $50-$53/hour
Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor nurses providing care in school or community-based settings
- Create and monitor individualized care plans for students or clients
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and Ro Health field staff
- Provide clinical guidance, field supervision, and performance feedback
- Facilitate health education, preventative care, and medical referrals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance efforts
- Serve as a key liaison between Ro Health, client partners, and families
Qualifications:- Active RN License (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- School-based or community health experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing mentorship and clinical oversight
- Ability to travel within the San jose area for onsite support
Preferred Skills (Not Required):- Medication administration in school settings
- G-tube care and feeding
- Catheterization experience
- Tracheostomy care
- Behavioral health or special education support
- Experience with seizure disorders or diabetes management
