Clinical Supervisor - Long Beach

Your Role: Clinical Supervisor

Pay: $90,000 - $92,000 (depending on experience as well as eligible stipends)

  • Bilingual Stipend: $5,000

Your Toolkit Should Include:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing with the BBS
  • Two years post-licensure and eligible to supervise clinical staff per BBS regulations
  • 2-4 years of direct service experience in mental health or social services
  • 1 year of supervisory or management experience-you know how to lead with empathy and accountability
  • Experience working with children and families in diverse communities
  • Exceptional writing skills-you document clearly, concisely, and in compliance with DMH standards
  • Familiarity with LA County service delivery systems is a big plus
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment
