OverviewThe Burn Clinical Supervisor organizes and directs all assigned resources, including people, equipment, and supplies that support the provision of care. This position assists the Trauma & Burn Program Manager to ensure smooth function of the burn program. The clinical supervisor maintains excellent working knowledge of all burn policies and procedures and can work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities- Provides direction, oversight, and supervision of Burn Specialty Team and Burn Clinic.
- Conducts ongoing program management, development, and planning.
- Participates in Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance, Research and/or Evidence-Based Practice.
- Delivers direct clinical services to patients and their families on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree BSN Required and 3-5 years experience Burn care or related experience
- One of the following: Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas, RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO required upon hire
- One of the following: Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri, RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO required upon hire
- ABLS - Advanced Burn Life Support. Certification is tracked within dept. Required 1 Year
- ABLS - Advanced Burn Life Support Instructor required within 2 years of hire. Certification is tracked within dept. Required

Starting PayOur pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $39.58/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from HomeThis position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
