Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst required.
  • Three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with individuals having autism spectrum disorders or related disabilities.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to lead and provide training in naturalistic settings.
  • Familiarity with assessment administration and treatment plan effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in their natural environments.
  • Supervise the implementation and effectiveness of client treatment plans by direct care staff.
  • Administer and supervise assessments, scheduling community visits with caregivers to ensure program success.
  • Collect data, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback and training to staff, interns, and parents.
  • Conduct RBT competency assessments and ensure compliance with BACB supervision requirements.
  • Hold monthly meetings with the chief clinical officer to discuss client needs and progress.
  • Participate in recruitment and community outreach activities to enhance company visibility and training capacity.

Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develops individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
  • Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by the direct care team.
  • Supervision is defined as the implementation of a treatment plan and oversight of treatment plan effectiveness.
  • Supervision includes, but is not limited to: administering or supervising assessments, scheduling monthly community visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress and provide parent education.
  • Provide feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents in naturalistic setting.
  • Provides RBT competency assessments and RBT supervision within BACB requirements.
  • Meets monthly with the chief clinical officer to communicate client needs.
  • Demonstrates leadership by participating in company related activities, such as interviewing potential new hires, job fairs, and providing trainings a minimum of one time per quarter.
  • Leads clinical supervisor meetings a minimum of twice per year and presents on relevant research and clinical updates in the field


Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst OR
  • Board Certified Assistant behavior Analyst
  • Three years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders ("ASD") and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
