Description:Position Summary:Provides operations and optimization leadership focus. May provide leadership and direction through managers or senior managers. Responsible for directing, coordinating, and affecting large complex processes with strong dependencies and broad resources. Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness and results of large, strategic/diverse disciplines across cross-functional teams or departments. Accountable to ensure organizational mission, values and goals are being carried out within a matrixed organization.
What the Emergency Room Director will need:- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing required within 18 months of hire.
- Leadership experience or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility and assignment.
- Valid driver's license where required by assignment.
