Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, a 402-bed Level I Trauma and Stroke Center, is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager to lead initiatives that enhance patient safety and minimize organizational risk. Key Responsibilities - Conduct risk assessments, incident reviews, investigations, and root cause analyses
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to improve patient and employee safety
- Ensure timely reporting to regulatory agencies
- Review and analyze medical records to produce accurate event summaries
- Assist in policy and system development to strengthen organizational safety and compliance
- Facilitate training and education programs to promote a safety-focused culture

Requirements - BSN required; Master's degree preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred
- 3-5 years of acute hospital experience, preferably in critical care

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with a desire to grow professionally
