Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Coordinator provides administrative, regulatory, and operational support to

the Director and Manager of Department's Center of Pathology Research Services (CPRS). This

position works directly with UCLA or outside researchers to assure development, execution, and

completion of clinical research studies and service requests. This includes coordination of all

client's support functions, pricing for service requests, budget development for grants, processing

new study/service requests, coordination of specimen handling (procurement, processing, storage,

shipping, and distribution). Interacts with various CPRS core facilities and clinical labs to ensure the

coordination of research.

Ability to work flexible hours, with little notice (i.e. stay late)
