Job Summary
Under the direction of Research Institute Management, the Clinical Research Coordinator II is responsible for providing coordinator assistance for sponsored clinical studies within the Center for Clinical Research in accordance with Institutional policy, Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines as adopted by the FDA.

Pay Range
Minimum $30.94 Midpoint $40.99 Maximum $51.05

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required: Minimum one (1) year of clinical research experience or equivalent.

Preferred: Two (2) years of clinical research experience in a hospital setting. Pediatric clinical research experience.

Education

Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.

Preferred: Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.

Specialized Skills

Required: Must work well under pressure and with deadlines. Flexible ability to manage many simultaneous projects autonomously. Detail oriented; well organized and able to prioritize duties. Experienced in the use of MS Office software, including word processing spreadsheet, and database. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. May be expected to travel.

Licensure

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS).

Preferred: Cert Phlebotomist Tech 1.

Work Environments - Functional Demand:
