Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Quality Manager to lead and oversee our clinical quality initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and refining clinical processes that ensure high-quality patient care, provider satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and risk management. You will be responsible for leading quality improvement strategies, managing data and reporting processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of clinical quality standards throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Clinical Quality team to develop, implement, and optimize quality processes and programs.
  • Oversee the management of clinical data systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection and utilization.
  • Identify, address, and resolve any issues that may impact patient care quality, provider satisfaction, or regulatory compliance.
  • Establish mechanisms to promptly correct quality concerns affecting patient safety, compliance, and company liability.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance clinical quality processes, including risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and improvement activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for patient complaints, privacy events, and incident reports, ensuring they are effectively managed and resolved.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to clinical staff to support quality improvement goals and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, government policies, and company standards for all clinical operations.
  • Continuously assess and refine clinical processes, incorporating feedback and best practices to improve overall quality and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, life sciences, or quality management; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical quality, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of clinical quality standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance.
  • Experience in data management, reporting systems, and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
