Multi-disciplinary Role
The Clinical Pediatric Psychologist provides a variety of services for families and their children.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic assessments for children with neurodevelopmental, cognitive, and behavioral disorders. A high percentage of testing will be for autism spectrum disorder.
- Provide clinical feedback and treatment planning for families.
- Use evidence-based therapies and interventions for parents and children.
- Mentoring and training of clinical staff.
- Participate in educational endeavors such as practicums and post-doc training.
Requirements
- Must have experience working with autistic children and doing ADOS-2 assessment
- Valid WA state license in Psychology (focus on Clinical Child Psychology preferred)
- PhD in clinical psychology from APA accredited institution
- Post-doctoral training in appropriate areas of specialization
