Full Job Description
Title: Clinical Project Manager - Internal Medicine Fellowships

Facility: BayCare System Office (Hybrid)

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

(Tuesday - Thursday in office, possibly more depending on meeting schedule; Monday & Friday work from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Performs delegated tasks associated with protocol development, lifecycle project management and subsequent publication in support of a portfolio of assigned physicians and faculty.
  • Coordinates with the research system support teams to ensure sound study design, appropriate and complete electronic data collection systems are in place for the project, and to facilitate the related analysis.
  • Ensure project approvals and regulatory determinations are secured and maintained.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and protocol training.
  • Act as study monitor, liaising with the clinical research operations teams for protocols with associated delegated protocol health services tasks as needed.
  • Provide education and support to residents and students with project development, publication and presentation activities.


Education:

  • Required: Master's Degree in Public Health or any Biomedical or Lice Sciences
  • Preferred: PhD or other terminal degree preferred (eg PharmD, DNP, DrPH)


Experience:

  • Required: 3 years of research experience

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Weekend Work: Occasional
