Job DescriptionThe Clinical Pharmacist in this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of processing individual prescription renewal requests. This position operates within the framework of state and federal regulations, using established guidelines and protocols to authorize or escalate prescription renewals.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or,
- PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or,
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
- Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable
- 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
