Qualifications

  • Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the U.S. or eligible for Texas licensure
  • ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or compliant with TSBP sterilization regulations
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association
  • Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from American Heart Association
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, including residency training

    Job Requirements:
    Education:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
    • Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program

    Licenses and/or Certifications:
    • Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the United States, or current Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible
    • ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or meets any TSBP regulation regarding sterile compounding
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
    • Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certification, American Heart Association, preferred

    Work Experience:
    • 1 year - inclusive of residency training (Residency Training - PGY1 = 3yrs experience, PGY2 = 2yrs experience)
