Work Schedule:
100% FTE; 50% Night Shifts (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM); 50% AM shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). Seven days on, seven days off rotation. Then 2 weeks of day shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational need of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care (overnights) and Gen Med/Gen Surg to:
• Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective.
• Actively participate in bedside medical emergencies, providing expertise in medication selection, preparation, procurement, documentation, and medication history review.
• Engage in interdisciplinary patient care rounds, including medication reconciliation, therapy monitoring, order verification, patient education, drug information support, and individualized drug dosing.
• Provide patient care to a diverse population including critical care, medical and surgical patients.
• Teach and precept Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through structured practical experiences and formal didactic education.

Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.) Preferred
