About the RoleWe're looking for an exceptional Clinical Operations Senior Associate to serve as a high-impact operator on our rapidly growing Clinical Operations team.
You will work closely with the Clinical Operations team, taking point on complex problem-solving and cross-functional initiatives. By independently diagnosing operational bottlenecks, managing physician workflows, and optimizing practice performance, you will directly enable clinical leadership to focus on long-term strategy and rapid practice expansion. The ideal candidate brings a structured, analytical background from management consulting or a high-growth health tech environment and thrives in spaces with high autonomy. This role is designed for a driven self-starter who can own operational outcomes, resolve daily friction, and build scalable systems across our medical practice.
Responsibilities:- Autonomous Problem-Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for complex daily operational bottlenecks, root-causing issues around turnaround times (TAT), specialist availability, and clinical workflows.
- Process Scaling & Playbook Creation: Design, implement, and document scalable operational processes and frameworks that improve practice efficiency and streamline work across the Clinical Operations team.
- Performance & KPI Optimization: Deeply analyze clinical dashboards and operational metrics to identify trends, forecast bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions before SLAs are impacted.
- Cross-Functional Project Ownership: Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects (such as designing operational go-live readiness processes and building radiologist worklist strategies) across IT, clinical leadership, and operations to expand practice capabilities and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Specialist & Stakeholder Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with our radiologists and internal teams, navigating high-friction situations and logistics with exceptional de-escalation and clarity.
- Managerial Leverage: Serve as a force multiplier for Clinical Operations leadership, taking complete ownership of core operational workstreams, such as radiologist staffing and worklist strategy, to support strategic initiatives for scalability.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of full-time professional experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., Big 4, MBB) or high-growth clinical operations/healthcare technology startup environments.
- Proven track record as a self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems and executes solutions with minimal supervision.
- Superior structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive operational decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity and poise to partner effectively with medical leadership and specialists.
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Healthcare or teleradiology experience is a plus, but highly motivated candidates with strong backgrounds in consulting or strategy/operations are encouraged to apply.
