- Uses clinical inquiry to improve clinical practice and service outcomes.
- Assesses and evaluates care delivery models and implements changes based on outcome data.
- Develops education programs to enhance patient outcomes and the overall quality of care.
- Supports nursing practice through presentations, publications, research, and participation in professional organizations.

Education: - Master's of Nursing [Required]
Work Experience: - 2+ years of Position-Related Experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications: - Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) [Required]

Pay Range:$91,313.86 - $169,845.73
