Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly or indirectly plans, implements, and evaluates patient and family care appropriate to the complexity of the problems and available system resources.
  • Uses clinical inquiry to improve clinical practice and service outcomes.
  • Assesses and evaluates care delivery models and implements changes based on outcome data.
  • Develops education programs to enhance patient outcomes and the overall quality of care.
  • Supports nursing practice through presentations, publications, research, and participation in professional organizations.
  • Contributes to establishing clinical best-practice processes across the institution.
  • Coordinates with multiple disciplines to address and resolve system-level issues.
  • Demonstrates Direct Care Competency through holistic, advanced nursing interaction with patients, families, and populations to promote health and improve quality of life.
  • Demonstrates Consultation Competency by providing specialized expertise to assist patients, staff, or systems with problem-solving.

  • Evidence of clinical expertise in a patient care setting or specialty practice [Required]
  • Evidence of project management and/or process improvement [Required]
  • Evidence of transformational leadership in implementation of evidence-based practice [Required]
  • Ethical decision making and patient advocacy [Required]
  • Knowledge of learning principles for population served [Preferred]
  • Evidence based practice implementation and innovation [Preferred]

Education:
  • Master's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:
  • 2+ years of Position-Related Experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Pay Range:

$91,313.86 - $169,845.73
