Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Education; Master's preferred.
• Three years of clinical experience; supervisory and curriculum development experience desired.
• Knowledge in adult education principles and learner-centered training.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to educate diverse learners within the organization.
• Familiarity with various educational tools and equipment is essential.
• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license required. Basic Life Support certification necessary upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing education programs for staff.
• Assess learning needs and performance evaluation.
