Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of clinical experience; operating room experience required.
• Familiarity with adult education principles and instructional design preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Motivated, creative, and self-directed; able to engage effectively with diverse learners.
• Ability to use various educational tools and equipment.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in New York State; Basic Life Support certification required.
