Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience in home health care or healthcare management essential.
• Familiarity with regulations, accreditation standards, and EMR systems is crucial.
• Demonstrated strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility for occasional night and weekend work is expected.
• Candidate must reside in Kansas and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance through Axxess Management.
• Lead patient recertification, hospitalization, and discharge processes effectively.
• Oversee disease progression and manage durable medical equipment (DME).
• Supervise Case Managers, RN/LPN contractors, and intake nurses, including hiring and training.
• Manage caseload distribution, productivity, and monitor patient census.
• Maintain QA compliance and lead QAPI meetings for quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards.
