Full Job Description
BrightStar Care® - Cleveland is expanding into the eastside territory of Cuyahoga County, and we're looking for an accomplished, well-connected Clinical Liaison who knows how to build relationships, drive results, and grow private-pay home care business with speed and integrity.

This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare marketer or a clinician (RN or Social Worker) who has transitioned into business development - someone who brings both heart and hustle, and has the performance data to prove it.

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 base salary (DOE, network strength, and early private-pay traction) + monthly commission
Schedule: Full-time, primarily Monday-Friday with occasional evenings/weekends
Territory: Eastside of Cuyahoga County and some Lake County

Job Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Ownership
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting 12 qualification 12 closing
  • Conduct daily outreach: cold calls, drop-ins, networking visits
  • Qualify high-value referral sources aligned with ideal client profiles
  • Present services confidently, negotiate terms, and close new business
  • Market Presence & Brand Building

Professional & Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required - Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Social Work, or a related field
  • Clinical or allied health background preferred - RN, LPN, Social Worker, PTA/OTA, or similar
  • Experience in healthcare sales highly preferred - home care, hospice, SNF, assisted living, or medical staffing
  • Existing network of healthcare professionals is required - discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, facility leadership, etc.
  • Proven track record of measurable results - referral growth, territory expansion, revenue generation
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • High computer literacy, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Ability to consistently make 150+ outbound calls per week
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA

Logistics & Compliance
