The Clinical Leader is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Leader is responsible for ensuring the standards for Nursing Practice, nursing education and infections control, as established by the Chief Clinical Officer for NRHN, are followed.
- Performs the duties of the Clinical Leader.
- Reports to the Nurse Manager with accountability for nursing standards and practice, nursing education, and infection control.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid RN license in the State of NH.
- BSN preferred.
- Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
- Three or more years of specific rehabilitation clinical experience with at least three years of supervisory/ management experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of personnel.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership and project management.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starting initiative, and high belief in the change process.
