Job DescriptionThe Clinical Residency Manager is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of all student activities in the clinical area.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and coordinating clinical affiliations, to include:
- Maintaining clinical records
- Ensuring that students are evaluated in the clinical area and scheduling clinical rotations to ensure that students meet graduation and National Certification Exam requirements.
- Collaborating with clinical site coordinators to provide excellence in clinical Instruction and acting as an intermediary between students and other hospital personnel, including clinical instructors.
- Collaborating with clinical site education departments in ensuring clinical rotation compliance and requirements.
- Collaborating with the Program Administrator in maintaining clinical contracts.
Minimum Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited program of nurse anesthesia.
- Atleast one year of practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative, clinical, and/or didactic activities.
- Maintain certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles and theory of clinical anesthesia practice and engage in professional development by maintaining certification and active membership in the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA).

Salary will be $82,900 per year,commensurate with education and experience.
