In this role, you will partner with clinical, operational, business intelligence, and enterprise analytics teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will design, develop, and optimize modern analytics capabilities that leverage enterprise data platforms, automation frameworks, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and enterprise technologies such as Salesforce to create meaningful operational efficiencies and actionable insights.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and strategically minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving innovation, and delivering high-impact solutions that enhance healthcare delivery and business operations.
What You'll Do
  • Design and implement intelligent, workflow-driven solutions that improve clinical, operational, and business processes across the organization.
  • Translate complex workflows and business requirements into scalable analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop and optimize data models, SQL-based analytics solutions, and scalable data assets that support reporting, operational intelligence, and decision-making.
  • Build and operationalize automation capabilities, agent-based systems, and AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and insight generation.
  • Leverage modern analytics platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and emerging technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Partner closely with business intelligence, enterprise analytics, clinical, and operational teams to define solution strategies and drive successful implementation.
  • Support the integration of enterprise technologies, including Salesforce and other business platforms, to improve workflow efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Establish and promote best practices for solution design, data governance, security, scalability, and operational support.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor and evaluate solution performance, recommending enhancements that maximize business value and user adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and innovative approaches to complex operational and analytical challenges.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least 5% of the time or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.

Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $109,900 - $243,900 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary below $170,000 annually.
