What You Bring- Active California RN license in good standing, and without restrictions
- 10+ years of experience in hospital, skilled nursing, home health, and/or hospice settings
- Strong clinical judgment paired with a calm, thoughtful approach

Role Requirements- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assessments
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and ability to travel locally
