Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) - Middleton, MA

Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

This is more than a management role. You'll continue treating patients while mentoring your team, driving clinic performance, and helping shape a culture built on collaboration, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do
• Lead the daily clinical and operational success of your clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.
• Mentor, develop, and support clinical and administrative team members to build a high-performing, patient-focused culture.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
• Partner with regional leadership to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice).
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• CPR and/or AED certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
