Career Details:
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Clinical Director of Behavior Support to provide leadership and oversight for behavior support services within the IDD Program. In this position you will be responsible for directing and supporting Behavior Support Coordinators and related program staff, overseeing clinical services for designated clients, and ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and organizational policies. As the Clinical Director you would also support assessment, intervention planning, staff training, clinical documentation, quality assurance, and coordination with internal and external service providers.
Requirements
Required Education: Master's in Psychology, Social Work or related fields.
Required Experience: 2 years' experience as a licensed clinician.
Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in clinical management
Required License, Certification, Association: Must be Licensed in the State of Ohio: LISW, LICSW, LCSW, LPCC - S, LICDC-CS
