Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Director to lead clinical services across our Community Services division. This role provides strategic, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered care that promotes independence, community integration, and recovery.

The Clinical Director plays a key role in shaping program development, supporting staff excellence, and ensuring services meet evolving needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership across Community Services programs, including supervision of clinical staff and program leaders.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, person-centered services that support community integration, employment, and independent living outcomes.
  • Ensure programs operate in compliance with state and federal regulations, agency policies, and best practice standards.
  • Oversee program performance, budgeting, and fiscal management in collaboration with leadership and finance teams.
  • Build and maintain community partnerships and referral networks to expand access to services and supports.
  • Lead staff development including hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation to maintain a highly effective workforce.
