Are you ready to lead transformative ABA services for children with autism? Join May Institute's School for Autism as a Clinical Director located in Randolph, MA, where you'll drive clinical excellence, mentorship, and program innovation across classrooms and school-based services.

Your Impact:
  • Lead & mentor Assistant Clinical Directors and school-based clinicians.
  • Develop & oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
  • Train & support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
  • Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.

What You Bring:
  • Master's (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field.
  • BCBA required (candidates accruing supervision hours welcome).
  • 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
  • Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.
