Description:Clinical Consultant, Planning and Analytics for Total Health
A day in the life.
As our Clinical Consultant on the Planning and Analytics for Total Health (PATH) team, you’ll be collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Consulting to develop and execute strategies to help mid-market clients control health care costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through analytic-based state of the art innovations. The Clinical Consultant is responsible for consulting with self-funded employers, as well as supporting the development and growth of our clinical consulting capabilities. The candidate will perform project-defined healthcare data analysis, strategic analysis and clinical consulting from a clinical and population health perspective and participate in initiatives related to our PATH team.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience delivering clinical consultant services to clients, preferably in a health care consulting or brokerage environment, health insurance carrier or a provider system.
- Candidates must have RN, BSN with documented clinical experience.
- Ability to present recommended strategies with an ability to influence across various levels of the stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the dynamics of group health benefits design.
- Demonstrated applied work experience combining healthcare and business knowledge to population health management, occupational health & safety management and/or healthcare quality and operations management.
- Travel requirements: Approximately 20% based on client need.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- MBA, MPH or MHA is highly desirable.
