work-from-home opportunity is ideal for an independently licensed behavioral health professional who enjoys supporting members with complex mental health and substance use needs.
What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with providers and coordinate behavioral health and psychosocial services
- Use Motivational Interviewing to engage members and help reduce clinical risk factors
- Provide crisis intervention and connect members with appropriate treatment and follow-up care
- Support members with complex behavioral and physical health needs
Schedule- Standard business hours
- One late day per week until 7:00 PM local time
- No holidays
- Preference for candidates residing in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones
Required Qualifications- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license, such as LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or state equivalent
- 3+ years of post-master's direct clinical experience
- 3+ years working with mental health and substance use disorders
- 3+ years using Motivational Interviewing
- Strong technology skills and ability to document while speaking with members
Preferred- Crisis intervention experience
- Managed care or utilization review experience
- Case management and discharge planning experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$54,095.00 - $116,760.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
