How you'll make an impact in this role- Operational Leadership: You manage daily staffing levels, handle admissions, and oversee case management to ensure the program meets financial and clinical targets.
- Staff Development: As a supervisor, you are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performing regular evaluations or progressive discipline when necessary.
- Clinical Integrity: You provide direct patient care when needed, lead clinical crisis situations, and review documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party payer regulations.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Must have a Master's Degree
- LCSW/LCPC licensure required
