The Clinical Analyst plays a key role in supporting LucyRx's clinical programs and client strategy through data-driven analysis, clinical insights, and operational support. Reporting to the SVP Clinical Strategy & Product, this role partners closely with clinical leadership, analytics, product, and client-facing teams to ensure clinical initiatives are effective, measurable, and aligned with client goals.
This individual will translate clinical and pharmacy data into meaningful insights, support client deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement of LucyRx's clinical programs across commercial and government populations.
Role and Responsibilities- Analyze pharmacy and clinical data to evaluate performance of clinical programs, formulary strategies, and utilization management initiatives
- Develop routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries to support client reviews and internal clinical discussions
- Partner with Clinical Client Management to support client implementations, ongoing account management, and clinical performance reviews
- Assist in monitoring clinical KPIs, outcomes, and trend drivers, including cost, utilization, adherence, and quality measures
- Support development and maintenance of clinical documentation, including program summaries, client-facing materials, and internal reference documents
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and operational feasibility
- Assist in identifying opportunities for clinical optimization and program enhancements based on data insights
- Support responses to client, consultant, and internal clinical questions with timely, accurate analysis
Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree required; clinical, health sciences, pharmacy, public health, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, PBM, health plan, managed care, or related environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with pharmacy, medical, or clinical datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization or reporting tools; experience with PBM or claims data strongly preferred
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferences- Experience supporting clinical programs within a PBM or managed care organization
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit design, formulary management, or utilization management concepts
- Experience working in a client-facing or consultative support role
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with multiple priorities

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required. Regularly operates in an office or home office setting which involves utilizing a computer, mouse, keyboard, and occasionally operates other standard office equipment, such as printer, copier, phone. Travel may be required by either car or airplane, or a combination of multiple modes of transportation.
Salary:
$84,800 - $99,376 annually
This position will be based remotely, unless otherwise directed by the Company; however, you should expect to travel for team meetings, client meetings, or other collaboration needs.
