Job Description

The clinical administrator (RN) primary responsibilities are to 1) to promote standardized clinical workflow and optimal patient care and outcomes throughout AMG; 2) Evaluate performance, provide feedback and mentoring, develop education programs, and contribute to staff professional development; 3) provide oversight, guidance and leadership for operational, clinical and practical day to day functioning of assigned practices.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Masters preferred
Experience
3-5 years clinical experience or management experience in an ambulatory setting
