Job DescriptionReports directly to the Mosaic Clinics. Responsible for providing operational oversight of Mosaic Clinics. Partners with clinic leadership and providers to assure availability of clinical services to patients across the care continuum, and to accomplish the financial, service, quality and safety goals for the integrated delivery system, with a primary objective to achieve world class care. Establishing care and ultimately delivering value back to the Organization's bottom line.
Responsibilities- Responsible for assisting the President and Clinic Leadership in the overall operations of assigned clinics, budget development, budget performance, provider recruitment, and overall enhancement of assigned services.
- Responsible for monitoring key metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Continuous monitoring of patient experience and caregiver engagement outcomes
- Round in clinics on a regular basis to ensure operational standards and regulatory requirements are met, continually build relationships and ensure that caregiver and patient needs are being met.
- Business Development. Continuously looking for new business opportunities and ability to grow Market share in the SSA. This is done through establishing relationships, new partnerships, practice acquisitions, provider recruitment, expansion of existing services and facilities.
- Responsible for assisting providers within service area with development of new services and business cases for new procedures.
- Developing talent through effective selection, development and coaching of the leadership team. Providing feedback through annual performance reviews and regular informal conversations.
- Continuous monitoring of benchmarks for Mosaic Clinics.
- Other duties as assigned
Education- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Work Experience- 5 Years - Management experience - Required
- 5 Years - Experience with clinical operations and in coordinating or leading work groups. - Required
Licenses and CertificationsTravel Requirements- Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed, - Required
